When I first went to the allergy center, I could not eat out at all.  I could only eat food I prepared myself with a very limited ingredient list.  As a business professional, attendance at many functions that include lunch, dinner, or refreshments, is a requirement for my success.

Since undergoing treatment for my food allergies, I have been able to attend several business seminars that included lunch with no adverse effects.  I have also taken two clients to lunch at two different restaurants with no adverse effect.
