If you're coming from far away, check out the list of hotels in our area that we have provided for your convenience. When you are making a reservation, be sure to let the hotel know that you will be staying there due to medical reasons. Most hotels will give discounts for medical purposes.

Visit our Patient Forms page to print and fill-out all of the paperwork you will need prior to your visit. This will make your wait even shorter prior to your appointment. You can choose to mail, email or bring your paperwork with you when you visit us.

Make sure to eat before you receive an allergy treatment. You won't be able to eat for two hours after, so planning according to meal times will make allergy treatments even easier.

Arrive 15 minutes early so you will have time to watch an introduction video that will give you important information about our Advanced Allergy Therapeutics technology.
